We can’t recommend this company high enough.The lady taking our booking was professional and courteous. The communication was perfect! They gave us an ETA the day before and called us 30 minutes before attending our property, as promised. Nathan was an amazing ball of knowledge and did a wonderful job. The whole process was flawless and for a reasonable price. We will definitely continue to use Enwaste for all our septic needs. We can’t recommend them highly enough! Thank you.

Highly recommend! 3rd time booking enwaste and they never disappoint. Was booked for arrival between 3-5pm. However, was a no show and I closed up for the night. 6.45pm the truck pulls up. Driver was so apologetic he was late due to some issues with the previous job. I get it, these things happen. Within 45 minutes, he had done the grease trap, septic and pit clean completed! Thankful he come after hours to ensure the job was still done. Thanks!

I just wanted to commend your employee Zac on his wonderful demeanor today and great work ethic. Zac phoned me early and his friendly voice reassured me this was going to be a good experience. Zac listened to me and was super polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was cheerful and relaxed. | was very happy with the job done and his pointing out the strange timber at the bottom of my old septic tank plus reassuring me that things looked normal in my grease trap which wasn’t the case 2 years ago. All in all, found Zac to be an asset as he attended to the person as well as to the tasks at hand. He is a solid worker. He even started earlier to accommodate my job arrival time. Just wanting to let you know that i was very impressed with the professionalism work ethic and courtesy of how your employee mark handled his job today. No sooner had i paid the invoice over the phone he was tidying up ready to leave. Also helpful with any questions i had. I have been in Gatton 17 years and have lived on acreage for 15 of those years with old septic systems and not one of those septic companies used their own water to clean the tanks out with. Always used my tank water. I would like to let you know how fast and efficient you guys are and i will be recommending you guys to everybody.
