Waste Care boosts operation in Southeast Queensland

Warwick, QLD – Waste Care Environmental Solutions have acquired SRS Liquid Waste Service, Adelt’s Liquid Waste and Darling Downs Septic Service, all liquid waste management companies that have serviced the Ipswich, Toowoomba and Southern Downs Regional council areas for decades. With the acquisition, Waste Care will be able to expand its local service capability to meet the needs of residents and businesses within these area councils.

“These companies have established excellent relationships within their host communities and council areas throughout the years,” said Waste Care Director, Darryl Wiggins in a press release. “We were excited to find companies that share our vision and to add businesses that are as committed as we are to providing high levels of service to our customers.”

With the acquisition, Waste Care will be able to expand its local service capability to meet the needs of residents and commercial businesses in these areas. This acquisition will form a close fit with the liquid waste management services and recycling solutions that Waste Care delivers to residents and businesses in Southeast Queensland.

Barry Sharples, Supervisor in charge of Operations at Waste Care, said the acquisition will strengthen Waste Care’s position in Southeast Queensland.

“The activities of these businesses and Waste Care form a very close fit. The united strengths of the combined waste management experience and experienced people will speed up our growth and business development in this high-potential market,” Barry said.
